Easy to use. A broad range of Avatars to choose from. The support team is very cooperative and competent. The communication between Synthesia management and customers that I experienced was transparent and empathetic.

The biggest problem I have is producing quality voiceovers. You can hire a professional voiceover spokesperson but this takes days and can cost hundreds of dollars. Or you can do it yourself and, in my case for lack of good equipment and a professional sounding voice, quality suffers.
